1) THE FRENCH DISPATCH– 2021. Synopsis by Netflix. “Set in 1950s France and featuring a star-studded cast, this ensemble dramedy threads together and brings to life a trio of short stories written for the final edition of an American magazine.”

2) FOUND– 2021. Synopsis by Netflix. “Thanks to 23andMe’s genealogy site, adopted American teens Chloe, Sadie and Lily learn they’re biological cousins and decide to journey to China together to uncover their family history, as chronicled in this documentary.”

5) DUNE- 2021. Synopsis by Netflix. “Adapted from Frank Herbert’s epic novel, this sci-fi drama centers on two families as they battle for control of the desert planet Arrakis — the lone source of the most valuable substance in the cosmos.”

6) BECOMING COUSTEAU– 2021. Synopsis by Netflix. “While Jacques Cousteau is best known for his undersea films, he was also a French naval officer, co-inventor of the Aqua-Lung, an explorer, an ardent environmentalist and more. This documentary charts his transformative journey.”

8) NO FUTURE– 2020. Synopsis by Rotten Tomatoes. “When an estranged friend shows up on his porch one night, Will (Charlie Heaton) doesn’t know what to say. As a recovering addict trying to get his life back on track between meetings, he shows clear signs of continued abuse. Will’s uncomfortable old wounds are quickly made worse when news arrives the next morning of a fatal overdose. Overcome by grief, Will returns home to find a community still holding on to memories of the damage left in his wake, and his friend’s grieving mother Claire (Catherine Keener) struggles to come to terms with her son’s death.”
