TO ALL THE BOYS: ALWAYS AND FOREVER– 2021. Synopsis by Rotten Tomatoes. “Senior year of high school takes center stage as Lara Jean returns from a family trip to Korea and considers her college plans — with and without Peter.”

2/14/21- I watched about 15 minutes– way too long. TRDB.
2) SOME KIND OF HEAVEN– 2020. Synopsis by Netflix. “All the packaged positivity in the world can’t mask the unhappiness of some residents of the Villages, where documentarian Lance Oppenheim trains his lens on four members of the Central Florida community dubbed the “Disneyland for Retirees.”

2/16/21- I liked this documentary very much. TRDB. Prime
3) FALLING-. Synopsis by Netflix. “Now living in Los Angeles with his husband and adopted child, John Peterson has worked hard to distance himself from his conservative upbringing. But when his dad — who’s suffering from dementia — moves in with John’s family, old wounds resurface.”
2/7/21- Fair reviews from the critics and weak ones from audiences. Sounds interesting to me and I’ll see it if only because of Laura Linney and Viggo Mortensen. TRDB.
2/18/21- Despite the poor reviews I enjoyed the movie- the story and the acting. Laura Linney had a small part. TRDB.

2/14/21- Weak reviews by the critics and by audiences as well. It sounds quirky enough that I would give it a try. TRDB. In Theaters

2/14/21- Weak reviews in general but most critics said that Jodie Foster was excellent in her role. Lots of torture scenes and I’ll skip it. TRDB.

Netflix had this to say– The patriarch of a Korean family living in Michigan during the 1980s wants to be a farmer in Arkansas, but his family experiences severe culture shock as they try to assimilate and become part of the community.
