GRAND SLAMMED- 2010. Synopsis by Rotten Tomatoes. “Mikey is an aspiring Major Leaguer whose chances at pro ball are slipping away. Nevertheless, his father Bobby, a disgruntled construction worker battling alcoholism is not giving up on him. But after throwing a wild pitch in front of a scout, Mikey becomes disillusioned with baseball and ends up at a local Bronx bar.
