HONOUR- 2014. Synopsis by Netflix. “A story centered on a young woman named Mona (Aiysha Hart) is targeted by her family for an “honour killing” and the bounty hunter who takes the job. Starring Paddy Considine and Faraz Ayub.”
7/11/14– Weak reviews in general but the NY Times liked it and a few gave it good reviews. Audiences were 50/50. TRDB.
12/31/14- Very confusing and very difficult to understand the dialogue. Skip it. TRDB.

WRINKLES- 2014. Synopsis by Netflix. “Set in a nursing home, this poignant animated feature chronicles the friendship between new arrival Emilio, a retired bank manager afflicted with Alzheimer’s, and his chatty Argentine roommate, Miguel.”

9/16/14- A wonderful story about people living their life in a nursing home. Anybody who is old, knows someone who is old or plans to get old needs to see this animated movie. TRDB.

12/11/14- A somewhat interesting documentary which was mostly reenacted. Some of the scenes seemed about as tedious as parts of the slow climb. The views were magnificent. TRDB. Netflix Streaming.

THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN- 2014. Synopsis by Netflix. “On his way to interview the subject of his latest project, a documentary filmmaker has a chance encounter with a weeping young woman on a train, leading him into a world where the line between fantasy and reality is blurred.”
8/16/14- I’ve seen just 2 reviews and they are both negative. TRDB.
10/16/14- The story was interesting occasionally, especially the way it evolved from an interview with the police but by and large the movie fell flat. TRDB. Netflix Streaming.
