3/31/18- I liked the movie but it was way to slow at times and often lacked momentum. TRDB. Netflix Disc.

MUCH LOVED

MUCH LOVED- 2015. Synopsis by Netflix. “A group of women in Morocco make a living as prostitutes in a culture that is very hostile toward women in that profession.”

10/8/17- A very poignant drama about women in the Muslim world. TRDB. Netflix Streaming.

AUTUMN, AUTUMN- 2017. Synopsis by IMDB. “Jihyun travels to Seoul for an interview before taking a train back to his hometown of Chuncheon. On the return home, he sits next to a middle-aged couple. The film soon separates into two stories about Jihyun and the couple.”

9/26/17- I saw this wonderful movie at the 2017 Arab Film Festival at Jacob Burns. Interesting and full of issues still pertinent  today. TRDB. At the Theater.
